Natural Cycle Monitoring
​For those wishing to conceive without medication, we track your natural cycle with ultrasound and blood tests to confirm ovulation and optimise timing for intercourse; especially useful with irregular cycles.
Egg Freezing & Storage
Egg freezing helps preserve options for the future. After assessing your ovarian reserve, we plan a short stimulation cycle, retrieve eggs under light sedation, and store them in a licensed laboratory. We’ll talk through realistic outcomes based on your age at freezing and the number of eggs stored, likely next steps, need for further cycles, storage arrangements, fees, and legal storage limits.

Egg freezing does not guarantee a future pregnancy. Some eggs may not survive warming, fertilise, develop into embryos, or implant. Success depends on factors such as age at freezing and egg number/quality, and individual results can vary.
Fertility Treatments

Male Fertility
Sperm account for around half of fertility difficulties. We begin with a comprehensive semen analysis and, when indicated, add advanced tests such as sperm DNA fragmentation, plus hormone profiling, genetic testing and infection screening.

You’ll also get practical lifestyle advice, and we can arrange andrology/urology review when required.
Treatment is tailored to your results. This may include medical optimisation (treating hormonal or inflammatory causes and managing varicocele), IUI, IVF or ICSI. If sperm are not present in the ejaculate, surgical sperm retrieval can be explored. Donor sperm pathways are available with full counselling.

Egg Donation & Sperm donation
For some, using donor eggs or sperm offers the best chance of pregnancy. We guide you through matching and screening, counselling, legal/ethical considerations and treatment planning, working only with trusted, regulated donation programmes. Support continues throughout treatment and pregnancy.
